Sweet Retreat is a 12-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with 3 themed kids' rooms, Ninja Warrior, home theater with a 100-inch television, and arcade.

Entrance/Great Room This house is designed to impress from the moment you walk through the front door. The great room is cozy yet enormous: the perfect spot to hang out, laugh, and chill with your crew. Sink into the velvety couches and take in this mansion's ultra-stylish Mid-Century Modern décor.

Kitchen & Dining The adjacent top-of-the-line kitchen boasts premium appliances, warm copper fixtures, and sleek blue and cream cabinetry—fully stocked with everything you need to prep and serve up delicious meals (or pop open those takeout containers...yeah, we get you!). Grab a bite at the kitchen island with barstools, or make it a full-on feast around the oversized dining room table.

Pool & Patio Slip outdoors to check out the massive, sparkling swimming pool and spillover spa—enclosed in a 'Florida glass' privacy screen. Enjoy poolside chaises, foosball, ping-pong, pool basketball, and a mini water slide for the kids. Thanks to the Polished summer kitchen, you can expand your menu and enjoy your meals around the table on your standout covered patio deck.

Arcade Room Back inside, hit the fun-and-games jackpot in this room filled with classic arcade games (think: Pac-Man, air hockey, a racing game, and more). Get ready for blinking lights, adrenaline, and a lot of joy(sticks)!

Ninja Warrior Room Your gang will flip—literally—for the custom ninja room that's set up for safe tumbling, climbing, and martial arts fun. In this padded space with rings, slides, rock walls, and multiple foam pits, your guests of all ages can jump, kick, and spin like the ninjas they are.

Game Loft Head upstairs for more Polished recreation in the game loft, filled with family favorites like a pool table, darts, ring toss, and more.

Movie Theater If a chilled movie night is more your style, you're in luck: This personal cinema includes rows of comfy recliners facing an 86-inch screen with surround sound. Pass the popcorn and snacks as you enjoy your pick of flick!

Fitness Room Squeeze in a sweat between games in your luxurious personal gym, complete with top-of-the-line equipment like a treadmill, stationary bike, elliptical, and free weights. Need motivation? The smart TV has you covered with virtual training sessions.

Surrounded by interactive wall décor, a trio of bunk beds will inspire the sweetest dreams—and maybe even get the kids to be extra sweet to mom and dad all week!

Upstairs in the Gamer's Hideout, kids will be transported into a life-like video game and join their favorite characters as they leap over obstacles (aka bunk beds) and zip down the twisty, bright green slide. Fair warning: game over may not be on the agenda, so good luck with bed time!

Finally, your little scalawags can hop aboard their very own pirate ship in the Pirate's Hideaway. Surrounded by ocean wall art, portholes, and wooden planks beneath their feet, their imaginations will set sail. Cozy bunk beds await when they're ready to say "aye, aye" to bedtime!

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full) For the grownups in your group, nine more bedrooms throughout the house are expertly designed for maximum privacy, comfort, and relaxation.

Downstairs, find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with its own double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, discover five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds. Each haven is gorgeously decked out in Mid-Century Modern furnishings and style.
