About the Resort: Minutes from Disney and Orlando's top attractions, this exceptional resort features 71 expansive, ultra-unique villas and estates, as well as incredible resort amenities—including a state-of-the-art Event & Conference Center, which plays host to exclusive programming, events, and classes, and can be reserved for private functions. Guests also receive complimentary access to a covered playground, sports courts, and a grand resort pool with a lazy river, water slide, and on-site dining.

Kindly note: the lazy river will be temporarily closed for scheduled construction beginning April 14th until approximately June 1st, 2026. All other amenities remain fully operational during this time, and additional poolside activities will be available while the amenity is closed.

Entrance/Great Room: Jaws will drop as you enter the eye-popping great room, a grand socializing space outfitted with stunning Transitional-style decor. This contemporary room boasts an abundance of seating options and a massive TV: the perfect backdrop for lounging or entertaining guests.

Kitchen/Dining Room: The adjacent, top-of-the-line kitchen features classy marble countertops, high-end appliances, and a sleek, spacious island with seating for enjoying mealtime (or game night) together. Inches away, an open-concept dining area offers a ton more space for a sit-down feast with the entire crew.

Bowling Alley: Throughout the ground floor, explore all of this home’s premium upgrades, including a private bowling alley built into an oversized arcade room. Expect memorable laughs and playful banter as you and your crew rock and bowl, and challenge each other to a game of air hockey, basketball, and more!

‘Mini City’ Playroom: Take in the city sights in this adorable Mini City play space, replete with a grocery store, ice cream shop, toy cars and gas station, arcade games, and even a ‘Town Hall’–which houses a trampoline inside! The kids will spend hours getting lost in this ‘real world’ reimagined in pint-size. (The trouble will be getting them back to the real real world… and into bed!)

Game Loft: The game loft upstairs plays host to even more incredible entertainment (and friendly competition), like shuffleboard, darts, and table games.

Fitness Room: Dial up the heat even more with a workout in the gym, which features a stationary bike, a Tonal gym, and an elliptical machine, all overlooking views of surrounding lush greenery.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full): You’re best off waiting to snooze in one of nine ultra-luxurious sleeping quarters. Choose from king and queen master bedrooms, regular king bedrooms, and one bedroom with two full beds. Each room is decked out with drop-dead décor, fabulous finishes, and an en-suite bathroom.

Themed Bedrooms: Even better: the kids will be begging to go to bed once they spot the two immersive themed bedrooms. The Parisian Paradise room will transport them from the hot Florida sun to the fashion runway, brought to life with chic furnishings and wall décor.

Next door, the Secret Galaxy room will transport your little ones to a lush green planet in a galaxy far away. Here, they can climb kid-sized ladders to explore treehouse dwellings (aka bunk beds), while a twisty slide whisks them back to earth. They’ll love sleeping as much as playing in this intergalactic forest home with its leafy canopy overhead.

• This home is equipped with one Pack n’ Play & 1 high chair (additional are available for rent).
• The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with essentials to get you started (perfect for when those flights arrive late in the evening!); plan to purchase additional items for the balance of your stay.
• This home’s driveway accommodates up to 5 cars WITH parking passes placed in the windshields; cars parked on the street will be towed.
• Additional LIMITED parking is available nearby (~1 mile away) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Total number of cars per villa cannot exceed 5.
