Guests also receive complimentary access to a covered playground, sports courts, and a grand resort pool with a lazy river, water slide, and on-site dining.

Kindly note: the lazy river will be temporarily closed for scheduled construction beginning April 14th until approximately June 1st, 2026. All other amenities remain fully operational during this time, and additional poolside activities will be available while the amenity is closed.

Entrance/Great Room: The minute you step into the grand foyer of this 7,200-square-foot mansion, you’ll be surrounded by the beautifully curated Contemporary design and high-end furnishings. Just beyond the entryway, relax and reconnect with your guests in the spacious great room, which offers comfy couches and chairs, surrounding an oversized TV.

Kitchen/Dining Room: You’ll love cooking, noshing, or gathering in the airy and bright chef’s kitchen. Fully equipped with top-of-the-line gear, it features stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, and custom blue and cream cabinetry. Grab a casual bite at the breakfast bar, or gather in the open-concept dining area for a full-on feast with your gang!

Bowling Alley: Get your game on in the private bowling alley that’s yours to enjoy 24/7. A major highlight of this home, this room also features an exciting array of arcade games to play between strikes—including Pac-Man, Pac-Man Basketball, air hockey, and a racing game.

Trampoline Room: Calling all fun-seekers: The garage has been transformed into a wonderland for recreation with the ultimate big, bouncy trampoline, colorful wall art, and a viewing area with slides. Kids and kids at heart (yeah, you, grandpa!) will gravitate to this bouncy oasis.

Pool & Patio: Just steps outside is another highlight of this mansion—your private pool with a spillover spa and a ton of lounging space. Float around and enjoy the Florida sun, or get active with pool basketball, foosball, ping-pong, and even a kids’ mini waterslide.

Game Loft: Back inside, stroll upstairs to this airy recreation loft which boasts a pool table and classic games like darts, ring toss, and wall Scrabble.

Movie Theater: Pop up some popcorn and settle into one of the 15 comfy recliners in your private movie theater (11 full-sized recliners and 4 miniature versions for the little ones). With an 86-inch screen and surround sound, movie nights have never been better.

Fitness Room: Vacation doesn’t have to mean skipping your workout (though we promise not to tell if you slack). In fact, it’s more fun when you have your own private gym equipped with a brand-new treadmill, exercise bike, and free weights.

Themed Bedrooms: Two show-stopping fully-themed kids’ rooms will double as playhouses and have your kids clamoring for their chance to visit another galaxy and join their favorite mouse for some fantastical fun!

The Secret Galaxy room will be their favorite space-themed escape with its enchanting wall art and cozy “hidden” beds connected with ladders and slides. Huts and caves conjure up a frontier desert world that’s a galaxy away, inspiring hours of make-believe fun as your little space warriors keep a lookout for intergalactic outlaws and mischief-makers.

The Mouse Fantasia room will invite them on a fantasy trip along with their favorite gloved mouse. The walls are adorned with dancing brooms, mushrooms, fairies, and fish. Ladders ascend to the playhouse, and a curvy slide makes for a fun escape down to the lower bunk bed level.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full): Nine more bedrooms cater to grownup tastes with sleek Contemporary design and furnishings, high-end bedding, and luxurious en suite baths.

On the first floor, find three conveniently located sanctuaries, including a master king bedroom, regular king bedroom, and a second master with two queen beds and a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, in addition to the two themed kids’ rooms, discover six more beautifully appointed bedrooms with plush king- and full-size beds.

• The outdoor patio features a grill, which is yours to enjoy throughout your stay for a small add-on fee; this fee covers propane refills, cleaning, servicing, and power washing between uses.
• This home is equipped with one Pack n’ Play & 1 high chair (additional are available for rent).
• The kitchen and bathroom are stocked with essentials to get you started (perfect for when those flights arrive late in the evening!); plan to purchase additional items for the balance of your stay.
• This home’s driveway accommodates up to 5 cars WITH parking passes placed in the windshields; cars parked on the street will be towed.
• Additional LIMITED parking is available nearby (~1 mile away) on a first-come, first-serve basis. Total number of cars per villa cannot exceed 5.
