Playful Palace is a 12-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with 3 themed kids' rooms, Trampoline, home theater with a 100-inch television, and arcade.

Pool & Patio Don't hesitate to bring your culinary creations outside, where a sprawling covered patio space awaits. A Polished summer kitchen and spacious deck with tables and chairs offer an Imaginative spot for family meals. When you're ready to cool off, jump (or slide) into your massive swimming pool—or grab some R&R in the jacuzzi or poolside chaises.

Be transported "underground" to an incredible secret lair, or drop down the two slides to quickly "jet across town" and save the day! Three bunk beds sleep six comfortably.

Upstairs, The Mini Playhouse is a Signature for your little princess: a whimsical pink wonderland full of fantasy and fun, with a bright "blue sky" overhead. A colorful and inviting entrance leads to hidden bunk beds and a polka-dot twisty slide.

Steps away, set sail on a pirate ship in the Pirate's Hideaway. This elegant yet playful kids' room features the open sea painted on the walls, a treasure map, slide, and portholes looking out to approaching galleons. In two bunk beds, they'll easily say "aye, aye" to bedtime.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full) Nine other expertly designed bedrooms with en suite baths are spread across the first and second floors.

Downstairs, find a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom that features a double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, discover five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds. Each sleep haven caters to grownup tastes with plush bedding, upscale Transitional-style décor, and a soothing palette of taupes, greys, and blues.
