Splash Street is a 12-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with 3 themed kids' rooms, private speakeasy, home theater with a 100-inch television, and arcade.

Entrance/Great Room Step through the welcoming grand foyer and head straight back to the inviting great room that's the heart of the house. In this magnetic hub for socializing and unwinding, gather with your gang on sleek-yet-comfy sofas and chairs, play a board game or sip some bubbly, and bask in the clean-lined, laid-back transitional-style décor.

Kitchen & Dining Adjacent to the living space, the bright and airy open-plan kitchen is bound to inspire incredible meals. Your fully equipped cooking space features premium appliances, custom blue and white cabinetry, brushed brass fixtures, and white marble countertops. A kitchen island with stools is just the place for a quick bite—or step over to the long, elegant dining table for a group feast.

Pool & Patio Tucked behind the house, enclosed in a 'Florida glass' privacy screen, the massive pool is made for all-day enjoyment. Soak in the spillover spa or stretch out on a lounger. Play pool basketball, ping-pong, or foosball with your gang, and watch the kids swoosh down the mini water slide. In this cool space-y hideout, the décor and wall art feature a mini rocket ship, lifelike NASA equipment, and twisty slide. Playtime here is literally out-of-this-world, and come bedtime, the two cozy bunk beds are downright celestial.

Steps away, your little ones can set sail on a pirate ship in the Pirate's Hideaway. This whimsical kids' room sparks creative play with oceanic wall art, a treasure map, curvy slide, and portholes looking out to approaching galleons. In two bunk beds, they'll easily say "aye, aye" to bedtime.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full) Your grownup guests can bask in their choice of nine tranquil, beautifully designed bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and plush amenities.

On the first floor, the options include a master bedroom with a king-size bed, a regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom that features a double-door walkout to the pool area. Upstairs, discover five beautifully appointed king bedrooms and one bedroom with two full beds.
