Radiant Retreat is a 11-bedroom home in The Village Orlando designed for large families and groups, with 2 themed kids' rooms, Sports Simulator, home theater with a 100-inch television, and arcade.

Entrance/Great Room An inviting, modern foyer leads straight back to an upscale central living space in this Polished home. Reminiscent of a boutique hotel lobby with generous seating and sleek, contemporary furnishings, this is the perfect haven for socializing with family and friends.

Kitchen & Dining Gather for snacks or cocktails in the adjacent open-plan kitchen, which offers expansive counter space, barstool seating, and all the equipment and dishes you need to prep and serve like a pro. To seat a crowd, step into the separate, oversized dining room, which boasts seating for 16 guests and can easily be converted into a spacious conference room for meetings and more.

Sports Simulator Room Down the hall, sports-loving guests will hit a major home run when they step into the garage that's been transformed into a sports simulator room. In this high-tech haven, you can spend hours honing your skills or trying the moves of your favorite athlete.

Pool & Patio Head outside to bask in a Polished pool oasis behind the house, enclosed within a 'Florida glass' screen for maximum privacy. This massive 15-by-40-foot pool has it all—relaxing chaises, spillover jacuzzi, a mini water slide for kids, and games of all kinds, including pool basketball, ping-pong, and foosball. Bonus: A spectacular summer kitchen with a built-in grill* and dining area offers a chance to cook and eat al fresco. Florida BBQ, anyone?

Two bunk beds are tucked away behind kelp and sand, with a perfect view of the surrounding sea life.

Bedrooms (King, Queen, & Full) For your grownup guests, ultra-plush beds await in any of the nine Transitional-style bedrooms located throughout the house. Each one is outfitted with modern décor, top-quality finishes, and luxurious en suite bathrooms.

The first floor offers three conveniently located sanctuaries, including one master king bedroom, one regular king bedroom, and a master queen bedroom with two queen beds and a double door walkout to the pool area. On the second floor, in addition to the two themed kids' rooms, discover six more gorgeously appointed bedrooms with king or full beds and private baths.
