The flow is ideal with a completely open kitchen, dining and family room on the main floor. Ready to entertain or get competitive? Head to the lower level and challenge your friends and family to a game of shuffleboard or pick your favorite classic arcade game to dual it out! The lower level family room includes a beautiful 85" Samsung Frame TV.

.....and then the best part, the outdoor entertaining is top of the line! Step outside and enjoy the heated pool (April 15th thru October 15th), hot tub, gas fire pit, cornhole boards and a outdoor kitchen area with SMART TV, ceiling heaters and retractable screens - and a ton of space to sit, relax, entertain and enjoy the amazing views! Ready to get out on the water? Head down to the private dock or take one of the kayaks or paddleboards that are provided with the property at no additional cost!

** Please Note: Lake Norman is a man made lake and water levels will vary throughout the year.
The pool is heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th - the hot tub is available and heated year round. Please contact us if you'd like to have the pool heated outside of our standard window as we will provide estimated additional expense, if we are able to accommodate.
