• The unit is located on the lower level of the owner’s home, with a completely separate and private entrance to ensure full privacy throughout your stay.
• The owner has dogs in the main house, so you may occasionally hear barking. The main house is fully fenced, and the dogs do not have access to your space. Please note that the outdoor area is not fenced, so if you’re bringing pets, we recommend supervising them at all times.
• There is a fire pit on the property; however, its use is not permitted due to local fire safety regulations and wildfire risk.
• For your peace of mind, the property is equipped with Ring security cameras located at the front door, above the driveway, and above the stairs facing outward over the carport and main driveway. All cameras are exterior-facing only and are in place to help ensure a safe and secure stay.
• Delivery Instructions: Deliveries are welcome! To ensure smooth drop-offs, please leave clear instructions for drivers regarding the location of the entrance. This helps ensure packages arrive quickly and safely.
• Parking Information: Please note that the carport is reserved for the owners. You are welcome to use the spacious driveway, which offers plenty of room for multiple vehicles. Parking is convenient, safe, and easy to access during your stay.

We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the neighborhood and keep the noise volumes down, especially after 10PM.

★ DATE ALTERATIONS ★
We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate entire date alteration requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments).
