This 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom home has countless amenities for you to enjoy during your stay. -Full 7.1 Dolby 4k movie theater with direct connection to live tv and streaming services including Netflix. -Oversized hot tub with amazing ridge line views. - In the walkout lower level you'll find an entertainment area complete with flat screen tv, pool table, family room with bar and kitchenette, two bedrooms (4 bunk beds total) perfect for the kids and a full bath. Also direct access to the outdoor firepit - High end kitchen with Wolf appliances and open concept main living area. - Radiant flooring - Third floor exercise room with 360 views, Peloton and mediation area. - Two laundry rooms with high end washer and dryers in both. - Spacious rear deck with dining furniture and BBQ. - Central AC on the 1st floor. - Indoor fireplace. - Primary renter must be at least 30 years of age. - Primary guest will be required to execute a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking the property or the reservation will be subject to cancellation. If you enter the property without signing the rental agreement, you concurrently agree to all terms of the rental agreement upon arrival at the Property grounds. -During the winter season, you can expect snowy conditions, icy roads, and occasional snowstorms. An All-Wheel Drive (AWD) or Four-Wheel Drive (4WD) vehicle is required to book this property. Please exercise extra caution when driving and ensure your vehicle is adequately prepared for snowy conditions. -Please be aware that inclement weather may lead to power outages or internet disruptions. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for circumstances beyond our control, such as power or internet loss. -We are unable to make any exceptions from our cancellation policy. We recommend that you explore traveler's insurance as a means to safeguard your travel plans. -Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to a limited amount, as specified in your rental contract, for Property damage (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
