There is very limited cell service in the area. Before your arrival, please make sure to note the gate code for entry. Once you arrive at the home, you can connect to the Wander WiFi.
This area is an active bee farm, and as such filled with hives in the northern area. Additionally, animals such as deer, coyotes, turkeys, bobcats, and other kinds of wildlife are common in this area.
Please be cautious of their presence around the property. To protect both guests and wildlife, please do not feed any animals and ensure no food or food waste is left outside.
Poison oak is present on the hillsides below the tended lawn. Depending on the time of day and the season, there may also be mosquitoes. Should you encounter these, there are citronella candles and insect spray available at the home.
This home has a strict occupancy limit of 8 adults due to permitting regulations. However, the property features a bunk room that can accommodate additional children. Please ensure that the total number of guests adheres to these guidelines to avoid cancellation of your stay and any associated fees.
The pool is available from April to October. There is a $100 fee/day for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.
Please note that this property features a separate home where a beekeeper in residence lives on-site.
The beekeeper promotes agricultural awareness and may offer guest education opportunities during your stay. If you’re interested in learning more or participating in an activity, please reach out to Concierge for hive dive details in advance (at least 72 hours).
Additionally, kindly note that Wander Dry Creek is an active bee farm, with hives located in the northern area. By staying at the property, guests recognize and understand that use of the property involves certain risks. Please be responsible and maintain a distance of at least 30 feet from the hives.
