The minimum age to book this home is 25.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly not allowed on this property.

Safety

Please ensure that safety precautions are made at all times to avoid accidents. Ride bikes with a helmet and ensure that children and non-swimmers are monitored while in and around the water at all times.

Property Damage

A $1,500 damage deposit will be charged in addition to the booking fee, and will be returned after a post-checkout inspection is completed. All furniture must be returned to their original locations to avoid incurring fees.

Late Checkout

A $200 deduction will be taken from the security deposit if property is not vacated by checkout time.

Law Enforcement

If police is called due to loud noise or peace disruption, you will be asked to leave the property. On this occasion, the entire security deposit will be withheld and the remaining nights will not be refunded.

Drugs & Sexual Offense

It is unlawful for a sexual offender to occupy this residence. This property is a no drug zone and the presence of drugs on this property will be reason to forfeit 100% of your security deposit. You will be immediately asked to vacate the property without a refund.

Please note that the pool will be closed for the season starting October 21. The spa/jacuzzi will remain open throughout the winter months for your enjoyment.

Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.
