BEDROOMS
This home offers 5 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 16–20 guests. There are 1 King bed, 4 Queen beds, and 5 sets of twin bunk beds—perfect for groups of all sizes.
Primary bedroom on upper level – The spacious master boasts a King bed, TV, and private bathroom for a true getaway feel.
Basement Bunkhouse – A fun sleepover-style space with 5 bunk sets plus an additional Queen bed, perfect for kids, friends, or big groups. This level also features a TV and large table for entertainment.
Main Floor Bedroom – A cozy retreat with a Queen bed, located near the living spaces for easy access. Smart TV included.
Upper Guest Bedroom – Another Queen bedroom, tucked upstairs with lots of natural light
Upper Loft Bedroom – A bright and open room with a Queen murphy bed and TV. Please not the loft room is not fully enclosed.
BATHROOMS
With 3 full bathrooms spread throughout the home—basement, main floor, upper master, and upper guest—everyone in your group will have space to refresh and recharge. Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, so you can pack light and still feel pampered. Bright lighting and big mirrors keep mornings easy, so the whole crew can get ready for adventures without delay.
KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The fully-stocked kitchen makes it easy to whip up anything from quick pancakes before hitting the trails to a big group dinner after a day outdoors. Modern appliances, generous counter space, and all the essentials mean cooking is a breeze.
The open layout flows right into the dining space, so no one misses a beat whether you’re cooking, chatting, or playing games. Huge windows brighten the room during the day, while cozy seating invites late-night laughs, stories, or card games well into the evening.
OUTSIDE SPACE
Step out to the patio for laid-back BBQs on the grill, with a table and chairs ready for casual meals under the Colorado sky.
Even better, you’ll have access to community perks: a pool and hot tub for relaxing, tennis and pickleball courts for friendly matches, and in winter, groomed cross-country ski trails and access to the Arrowbahn ski lift are right outside your door. Summer brings endless hiking and biking trails, making this the perfect all-season escape.

•This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to.
•Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $250 to cover the cost of mitigation.
•Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees.
•Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
•We do not allow late checkouts under any circumstances. The cleaners are very busy and plan their days ahead of time, we expect guests to be checked out by the designated time or a $125 charge will be incurred.
•To make your stay more comfortable, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, we kindly ask that guests replenish any additional items they may need throughout their visit.
