Creamery: Fully Renovated 5 Bedroom Home, sleeps 12 with large screened porch, outdoor patio with seating, sun umbrella, hot tub, fire pit and billiards! Amenities also include: Central AC, all new kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, 4 Smart tvs, fiber internet + good cell service, propane fireplace, blue stone outdoor patio with seating, billiards table, playroom, high quality linens included, Front porch with seating, superior central location: less than 10 to GB, less than 10 to Catamount!
Sleeps 10 in beds and 12 guests max.
Pet Friendly, however, Pets must be disclosed and a $150 minimum pet fee, (per pet) applies. No Smoking.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms at a glance:

• Guest Primary #2 : main floor, King bed closet (sleeps 2) window AC
• Guest Room #3: Main floor, Full bed closet (sleeps 2, snuggly) Window AC
  Two (2) Main Floor Bedrooms share a Full Bathroom with tiled tub/shower
• Primary Bedroom (#1): Second floor, King bed, queen sofa bed ( sleeps 4) TV, desk, Mini split AC
  Primary has ensuite full Bath with walk-in tile and glass shower
• Guest Room #4, Second floor, has a Queen bed (sleeps 2) with mini split AC
• Guest Room #5 , Second floor, has a Twin bed with a twin trundle, mini split AC
  Full bathroom with tiled tub/shower is shared by Guest rooms #4 and #5
  Total: 5 bedroom, 3 full bathrooms: sleeps 10 in beds or 12 max.

Inside, Main Floor:

• Mud room entry: heated and well organized to store all of your Berkshire gear, year round.
• Kitchen: fully renovated in 2024, propane range with 4 burners, dishwasher, freezer fridge (water and ice). Top cookware, including Le Creuset kettles, bakeware, serving pieces, standard drip coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and drinks blender.
• Counter Seating for (3) + Dining table that seats (8) and wood-burning fireplace for cozy nights!
• Living living room has a large sectional sofa, Smart HDTV, additional seating and games table. Mini Split AC for this level
• Three (3) season screened-porch has seating dining and large Smart HDTV + access to the hot tub (year round) just outside.
• Two (2) main floor guest rooms : One has a King bed and the other a Full Bed, share a Full bathroom with tiled Tub/shower.

Second Floor - mini splits for every bedroom:

• Primary bedroom with ensuite bath: has a King bed, Queen sofa bed, Desk, Smart TV, 2 closets, full bath with glass/tile shower.
• Guest room #4 has a queen bed
• Guest room #5 has a twin w/ twin trundle bed.
  2 guest rooms shared a full bathroom with tiled tub/shower

Lower Level, fully renovated in 2024

• Billiards with red table
• The playroom with toys, board games, books, Smart tv with Nintendo Switch gaming system, and sectional sofa.
• Laundry (washer /dryer) and peloton bike (bring your shoes to snap in)

Outside, just off the screened-in porch:

• The hot tub is available year-round and has a small step up approach, an easy to manage cover, and cleaned on a schedule.
• Solar lights are festive and come on automatically
• Patio with, table seating, + 2 chaise loungers, sectional sofa and propane grill
• The fire pit, with wood includes, with more seating
• Lush lawn with room corn hole, for touch football and other fun lawn games.
• walking woods is pure magic to delight all ages.
• Front porch is covered, has a swing, rockers + cafe table and chairs.

Other things to note: All 4 TVs are streaming channels only (Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, etc) along with YouTube TV. All linens are included. Pets Welcome with pet fee. A signed lease agreement is required for all reservations. Children welcome with adults, 25 years or older.
