On the 9th floor of Beachside 1, the Gulf does the talking. Floor-to-ceiling glass runs the length of VillaSolare, so the water is the first thing you see waking up and the last thing before the sun drops into it. This is direct Gulf-front in Sandestin - sugar-white sand below, emerald water to the horizon, and a private balcony built for slow mornings and long evenings.

Step inside and the whole space opens to the view. The living area is bright and easy, with comfortable seating angled toward the water and an open kitchen a few steps away, fully equipped for a real dinner in or a quick lunch between beach trips. The primary suite is the kind of room you don't want to leave: a king bed positioned for the Gulf, a wall of glass to your own balcony, and an en-suite bath with a custom walk-in shower. The second bedroom is no afterthought, another king and a premium mattress, so two couples can travel together and both wake up rested. A sleeper sofa in the living room brings the count to six. Beach towels and four backpack beach chairs wait by the door, so getting down to the sand takes nothing more than an elevator ride. Downstairs, Beachside 1 has its own stretch of private Gulf-front beach, a seasonally heated pool and hot tub, a grilling area, and an on-site fitness center for the mornings you feel ambitious. No stairs anywhere, the elevator brings you and the luggage straight to the door.

VillaSolare sits inside Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, 2,400 acres of beach, bay, and everything in between. Hop the complimentary tram to the Village of Baytowne Wharf for dinner, live music, and festivals on the water, or tee off on one of four championship golf courses. The marina runs dolphin cruises and pontoon rentals, and Grand Boulevard, the Silver Sands outlets, and the beach towns of 30A are all minutes away. You can fill every day or none of them. That is the point.

Getting to the Beach
VillaSolare sits directly on the Gulf in the Beachside One tower. Beach access is on the 2nd floor, directly across from the elevators and through the private gates - take the elevator down and the sand is under your feet in a couple of minutes.
