This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 6 am. Amplified outdoor sound is not allowed at all times.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule (10 pax) and can only fit 4 vehicles max. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional charges.

Please note: This property has a 3-night minimum stay requirement, as per city regulations.

Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Perched on a 150 ft cliff, the views at the side patio around the back of the home are dangerous for kids. You may appreciate the one-of-a-kind views from the fenced deck or roof cabana.

The pool at this location is serviced every week on Tuesday, between 1 PM - 4 PM. The pond is serviced every Thursday or Friday morning. They will not intrude on your stay or other areas of the home.

The pool is open year-round and can be heated for a flat rate of $500. Please contact Concierge to arrange this at least 48 hours prior to your arrival.

Outdoor Deck and Wildlife
The home’s deck offers open-air spaces ideal for enjoying the sun, ocean breeze, and coastal views. Due to its location, the deck is along a high-traffic flight path for birds, and it is common for flocks to pass overhead, especially in the mornings and late afternoons.

The deck and furniture are cleaned before each guest’s arrival; however, bird droppings may occur during your stay. This is a natural result of being close to the coast and surrounded by wildlife.

The driveway to the home has an incline. Guests driving vehicles with low clearance are encouraged to proceed with care to ensure a smooth drive up to the property.

Since tides affect swimming, fishing, and beachcombing, it’s always best to check the tide schedule before heading out.
