The Space:
Glenn Haven is an extravagant 11,000 sq. ft. retreat designed to cater for large group holidays. It offers endless opportunities for entertainment, relaxation, and adventure. Right at your doorstep, 40 acres of sprawling land with private ATV trails, an authentic teepee, a larger-than-life heated pool, and a hot tub beckon.

The house boasts of ten well-appointed bedrooms and seven bathrooms, including three family suites with their own master bedrooms, adjoining bunk rooms, and private bathrooms, and two imposing bunk rooms. The main-level master suite offers wheelchair access and a premium Purple mattress, while the lower-level hosts a plush queen suite. Comfort and peace, combined.

Start your day soaking in the breathtaking view of Bear Lake from the back porch, spend the day embarking on vigorous ATV rides on our private trails, and conclude the evening around the fire pit in our authentic teepee during the summer or by the indoor fireplace during the winter - all within the estate.

The extensive living area is ideal for indoor games. Unleash the MasterChef within you in the fully stocked kitchen, enjoy a movie in the private theatre, or let the children run free in the indoor playhouse with its own slide.

Guests enjoy exclusive access to all indoor and outdoor amenities. Ample secure parking, inclusive of a three-car garage with EV charging facilities and space for boats and up to 25 more cars, is provided. Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited.

Guest Access:
Guests are granted exclusive access to the property, the private trails, and all indoor and outdoor amenities, including the great room, gourmet kitchen, Dolby Atmos theater, indoor kids playhouse, and slide. You also have access to the multi-level seating by the back deck fire pit and relaxation space in the hot tub. Private parking for up to 25 vehicles and 3-car inside parking with EV charging ports are available.
