Your group has exclusive use of the home, the private trails and all on-property amenities: the great room, gourmet kitchen, Dolby Atmos theater, indoor playhouse and slide, game area, deck fire pit seating and private hot tub.

You also have access to The Reserve's community pools, hot tub and amenities, shared with other residents. Private parking for up to 25 vehicles, plus a 3-car garage with EV charging.

HOST INTERACTION

You'll have exclusive use of the entire estate and complete privacy, and we're just a call or message away if you need anything during your stay.

Expect to arrive by car and use one to get around. Garden City, Utah, with grocery stores, boat launches and famous raspberry shakes, is 10-15 minutes away, and Fish Haven Canyon offers hundreds of miles of National Forest roads and trails. There's no nearby public transportation, but there is a small local airport.

As such, we require all guests to complete a guest verification form prior to being able to access the home. This guest verification form includes uploading a government ID, taking a selfie, and signing a short-term rental agreement.

• The hot tub and private ATV trails on the property are for your group. The Reserve community pools, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, clubhouse, and splash pad are shared with other community residents.

• Pets are not permitted.
• Quiet hours start at 10:00 PM. Smoking, parties, and events are not permitted.
