Welcome to Alamo Alpine Retreat, a spacious Flagstaff mountain getaway featuring 5 bedrooms, a large backyard with fire pit and putting green, and direct access to the Flagstaff Urban Trail System. Located in a newer West Flagstaff community just minutes from downtown, this comfortable alpine retreat offers the perfect home base for families, ski trips, and group adventures in Northern Arizona.
Inside, the home offers a bright and open layout designed for gathering and relaxing after a day in the mountains. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, generous prep space, and everything needed to prepare meals for the group. Just beyond, the dining and living areas create a welcoming place for shared dinners, conversation, or movie nights.
With five bedrooms and nine total beds, the home comfortably accommodates up to 11 guests, making it ideal for extended families or groups traveling together. Each bedroom is furnished with quality linens and comfortable sleeping arrangements, including a mix of king, queen, and bunk-style beds. Three full bathrooms provide plenty of space for everyone to get ready without feeling crowded.

Zero Tolerance Party Policy: Parties are strictly prohibited. The City of Scottsdale enforces noise ordinances rigorously, and violations may result in fines or the removal of this property from hosting platforms. Please respect the neighborhood and maintain appropriate noise levels.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.
A Ring doorbell camera is installed to monitor real occupancy and is used for emergency situations only. Additional exterior cameras are positioned to monitor the side access gates for security purposes.
The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system to help maintain respectful noise levels in the neighborhood. This system measures noise levels (in decibels) but does not record sounds or conversations, ensuring guest privacy.
Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to inquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.
Unauthorized late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
