An additional exterior camera monitors only the side yard and front driveway/garage area. No interior cameras or recording devices are present. The home is also equipped with a Minut noise monitoring system, which measures decibel levels only. It does not record conversations or specific sounds, ensuring guest privacy while protecting neighborhood peace. Dogs are welcome with prior approval.
