Three comfortable bedrooms provide peaceful retreats after a day of adventure. The primary suite features a king bed, dedicated workspace, walk-in closet, and a spa-inspired en-suite bathroom complete with a soaking tub and glass walk-in shower. A queen guest suite offers direct access to the deck and a Smart TV, while the bunk room with full-over-full beds also opens to the deck, making it ideal for families or groups traveling together. Each room is designed with comfort, modern touches, and thoughtful details to help guests settle in with ease.

Parking at the property is private and convenient, while Flagstaff’s compact layout makes driving simple. For local excursions, Uber and Lyft are available, but most guests prefer the ease of having their own vehicle to fully enjoy the mountains, trails, and scenic drives that define this area.
This property is conveniently located near I-40, accessible from University Heights Drive. While some ambient highway noise may occasionally be heard, the home has been designed with sound-dampening materials to minimize any potential disturbance and maintain a peaceful stay.

For safety and compliance, a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the front door. It is used only to monitor occupancy and for emergency purposes. No other cameras or recording devices are present inside the home.
This property may also include a Minut noise monitoring system, which helps ensure neighborhood noise levels remain respectful. This device measures decibel levels only and does not record audio or conversations, protecting guest privacy.
