Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. Our recently completed home is 600 meters from the beach and within 5 minutes of tons of shops, restaurants, and the fabulous Flamingo marina. All 4 bedrooms have an in-suite bathroom. The ocean view from the upper terrace is perfect for entertaining. The pool area with covered terrace is just off the family room make for fantastic days and nights in the pool with family and friends.

Our home is in a quiet small development with a handful of other new homes.

You can access 6 beaches and dozens of restaurants within 10 minutes in a car or golfcart.

You'll enter through a private 2-car garage. We provide a remote.

Beautiful and very large home! The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and comfortable. We loved spending our mornings drinking our coffee by the swimming pool in the backyard. Very private and beautiful setting. Definitely need to have a car (or at least rent a golf cart) as it’s not easy to walk to the beach. But the beaches and restaurants are all very close and very easy to find parking. The host was VERY responsive and friendly. They sent us excellent restaurant recommendations and they really helped us to find a rental car (we were struggling to find one as most did not have any availability). We HIGHLY recommend this place and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.
