Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for wheelchair-bound guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Please note that any evidence of pets inside the home will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit and a $250 fine.

The pool is available year-round. There is a $30 per day fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Minimum Booking Age

The minimum age to book this Wander is 25. The owner may request ID, credit card, or proof of payment. Accompanying guests may be denied entry if the primary guest is not present.

Parties & Events

Parties and events are strictly not allowed in this property.

Extra Guests

Only 1-2 people may visit at any given time but must leave by 12 AM, and unauthorized guests are not allowed to stay for extended periods of time. All overnight guests must be listed with the booking and any guests over 10 people limit incur a $50 fine per night.

Fireworks

The usage of fireworks is strictly prohibited in and around the property.

Outdoor Furniture

Please do not rearrange the patio furniture. If using the grill, please ensure that it is cleaned post-use. A grill cleaning fee of $120 may be charged if it is not cleaned upon checkout.

Damaged Items

If items are damaged during your stay, please let concierge know immediately. Damaged or missing items may incur a security deposit deduction at a 150% replacement value.

Late Checkout

Please note that late checkouts will incur a fee of at least $150.

Lost Items

Valuable items left behind by guests will be held by the property owner, and every reasonable effort will be made to reach out for their return. After 6 months, the items become the property of the owner. The owner will not be responsible for the condition of any item.

Inspections

Property management has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this home.
