The fully equipped kitchen comes with state-of-the-art appliances, making it a breeze to prepare your favorite meals. The bedroom offers a serene retreat with a plush king-sized bed and ample storage. The stylish bathroom is fitted with premium fixtures and a walk-in shower, providing a spa-like experience. The unit is also set up with a desk area separate from the dining table for the perfect work station. Full size washer and dryer in the unit available for guests to use at no extra charge. Amenities Enjoy exclusive access to our 5-star amenities, designed to enhance your stay: • Rooftop Pool (with food and bar service): Take in breathtaking bay views while lounging by the pool. Open to guests from 11am to 6pm daily. (The rooftop pool may close without notice for private events or maintenance. On holidays, a bar purchase may be required for access. Thanks for understanding!) • Private Owners Pool: For when you want to lounge in an area a little bit more low key away from the crowd • Gym: Stay active with our fully equipped fitness center. • Sauna: Relax and rejuvenate in the sauna after a day of exploring. • Movie Room: Catch the latest blockbusters or enjoy a classic film in our private movie room. • Club Room: Perfect for socializing, the club room offers a chic space to gather with friends and family. This property includes a beach pass that is left out for your use during your stay. Simply present the pass to enjoy complimentary beach chair service right on the beach — no extra charge! Please note that the beach pass is the responsibility of the guest for the duration of the stay. If the pass is lost or not returned at checkout, a $300 replacement fee will be charged. We want you to make the most of your beach experience, so please keep the pass in a safe place when not in use. PARKING: (CONDOMINIUM FEES) Short term renters staying (27) days or less: $35 per vehicle per night - Valet parking only Credit Card only Electric vehicle charging stations available CHECK-IN: For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to submit a copy of their government issued ID and complete a transient registration form before arrival. This registration form will include guest information, vehicle registration document, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules & regulations. **Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of 72 hours prior to check in to send over to the condominium.
