Sanibel Island, world-famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, and historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Also on the lower level is the large bonus area complete with many seating options, game tables, flat screen TV, and access out to the pool and lanai, as well as a bonus bedroom with two single and half-bath, perfect for the kids. The first and second levels have beautiful tile flooring and the third level has a combination of wood, carpet, and tile. The second level has volume ceilings throughout and consists of the open plan kitchen, dining area, living area, powder room, laundry room, and a large three-room master suite. The large kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of marble countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if desired.
