Freshly Squeezed is a luxurious five-bedroom, three full baths and one half-bath, canal-front vacation getaway with a heated swimming pool and spill-over spa with dock and is spread out over four levels, making it perfect for large families or a group of friends. Its location is close to Estero Boulevard and Times Square, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach, with access to seven miles of white sugar sand beaches, restaurants, and boutiques, all within walking or biking distance. In addition, Trolleys run up and down the island. Many water activities are available, including parasailing, jet ski rentals, and fishing charters. This home is situated such that it provides quicker ingress and egress to and from the mainland. Sanibel Island, world-famous for its sea shells, and Fort Myers with its Downtown River District, and historic winter homes of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, and Harvey Firestone, lie not far to the north, while to the south is Lover's Key State Park, Bonita Springs, and Naples. Amenities include the heated pool and spill-over spa, poolside covered lanai with outdoor kitchen with granite counter space, refrigerator, gas grill, and bar with four cushioned high-boy bar chairs and furnished with tables and chairs, as well as an open paved area with lounge chairs to catch a great Florida tan. Other amenities include complimentary WiFi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, all towels and linens provided, and private laundry.

Upon arrival at Freshly Squeezed, there is ample off-street parking and two enclosed garages. Entry is either from the garage or via the front door into the detail-oriented downstairs foyer with access to the upper levels via stairs.
Also on the lower level is the large bonus area complete with many seating options, game tables, flat screen TV, and access out to the pool and lanai, as well as a bonus bedroom with two single and half-bath, perfect for the kids. The first and second levels have beautiful tile flooring and the third level has a combination of wood, carpet, and tile. The second level has volume ceilings throughout and consists of the open plan kitchen, dining area, living area, powder room, laundry room, and a large three-room master suite. The large kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of marble countertops and cabinets with all the necessary items to prepare full-course meals if desired. Appliances include a dishwasher, built-in microwave under the island, commercial style 6-burner gas range and convection oven, and large 3-door decorator refrigerator and freezer. The kitchen island has 4 upholstered bar seats on the living area side. The adjacent dining room is bright and airy with windows all around and a large wood-top table seating six. This then flows into the living area with an L-shaped sofa on an area rug, accent tables, and two side chairs. The entertainment center opposite the seating area has a large flat-screen TV. Expansive sliding glass doors provide access out to the screen-enclosed and well-furnished balcony overlooking the canal with a dock, pool, and spa. Off the second level foyer between the bedroom and kitchen is a laundry room and powder room. The 3-room master suite has a king-size bed, nightstands and lamps, a credenza with a large wall-mounted flat-screen TV above, and a desk. Through French doors is a separate office with a desk and chair. Both rooms have sliding glass doors to their separate furnished balconies overlooking the front of the home. The en suite bathroom has a large walk-in closet, separate commode room, vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a jetted garden tub, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with glass wall and glass door.

The third level has two guest bedrooms and a bath toward the front of the home, as well as a second master suite with an en suite bath along the rear. Both guest bedrooms are extensively and tastefully furnished. One has two single beds and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The other guest room is larger and has a king-size bed and sitting area, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and the en suite bath can be accessed either from the bedroom or the foyer area. It has a nicely tiled combination tub/shower, commode, and vanity with a lavatory and storage space beneath. The main master suite on this level has a king-size bed with nightstands and lamps, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, a sitting area with two chairs on an area rug, and sliding glass doors that go out to a screened-in and covered balcony overlooking the rear of the house that's furnished with four chairs and a cocktail table. There is a walk-in closet with a spiral staircase up to the fourth-level cupola where there is an enclosed and air-conditioned 4-chair sitting room. The amazing 360-degree view from here includes the back bay, the Key West Express terminal, the canal, the Gulf of Mexico, and Sanibel Island. The en suite bath has a vanity with dual lavatories and storage space beneath, a swivel full-length mirror, a commode, and a nicely tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and glass wall.
