Located in the Wellington Lakes community, this home is located extremely close to The Health Park Medical Campus, Sanibel Island, and Fort Myers Beach. Pet friendly with king beds in 3 of the 4 bedrooms, multiple family/living areas, and an oversized gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar and island- This home is perfect for larger groups with furry friends!

This home is situated across 4 bedrooms, laid out as follows:

Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite patio access and en-suite bathroom access to primary bathroom with soaking tub and walk in shower, featuring dual vanities.

Second Bedroom: King bed, shared second bath with walk in shower

Third Bedroom: King bed, shared second bath with walk in shower

Fourth Bedroom: Queen bed, shared second bath with walk in shower

This home features two living rooms, one in the front of the home with a more formal 6 top dining table and multiple armchairs and the second located in the back of the home with an oversized sectional sofa positioned in front of a large Smart TV. The kitchen features a breakfast bar and island, and is fully stocked. The pool area features a large heated and caged pool, propane fire fit with ample seating around it, and a BBQ grill. The home also features a two car garage that guests may access.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
