Danielle was very responsive and friendly. The home has amazing views, very fun amenities and plenty of space. We especially loved the bathrooms for each bedroom and two main floor primary suites. Very comfortable beds and great kitchen layout with large table with plenty of seating. Decor was on point and we felt comfortable here. Thx 🙏🏼

This place is amazing! We hosted a birthday party here, and it’s a gem. It’s well-equipped in every aspect, plenty of room for larger groups, thoughtful details on sleeping arrangements, and the location is incredible. Close to the beaches but private enough that you get to enjoy peace and comfort in nature. The home itself is beautiful, with plenty of parking, a clean and well-heated pool, and a great yard space. Danielle as a host is incredibly responsive and helpful. When there was a small issue, she was quick to respond and get it fixed. Check-in, stay, and check-out instructions are clear, with reasonable expectations of guests. 6 out of 5 stars, absolutely would recommend this place, and hope to stay again soon.

Christmas family Reunion My children and grandchildren gathered from Utah, Idaho, Washington and North Carolina to celebrate the holidays. We went skiing at Beaver, had a great time sledding and tubing right by the house! After both of theses activities, the Hot tub was well used. The littles loved the “ball pit” and the toy corner. Especially the Barbie House and the Train set! The Great room, kitchen, pantry and dining area was well designed to accommodate our meal prep, and dining. Along with games and puzzles and of course, watching lots of football games and movies. Everyone enjoyed their private rooms and baths, and the kids loved their “cousin time” in the bunk rooms. We would definitely recommend The Modern Bear for your family and friends gatherings!
