INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Our dedicated staff is available to assist you throughout your stay from 8 AM to 8 PM. Rest assured, you and your party will have exclusive access to the entire residence during your time here.
ACCESS
For your convenience and security, entry to this property is facilitated through a Door Code system. Check-in details including property location and access instructions will be sent at 10 AM on your scheduled check in date, and the door code will be delivered both via text, if your phone number is on file, and through the channel messenger at 4 PM. This guarantees a smooth arrival process, ensuring your entry to the property.
TRANSIT
Guests have full and exclusive access to the entire property, including the private hot tub on the back deck. Enjoy the freedom to come and go at your convenience throughout your stay. Please note that the parking area is gravel.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen includes essential cookware, utensils, and a coffee maker, providing everything you need to prepare meals with ease during your stay.
Linens/Toiletries/Soaps:
The cabin is supplied with linens and bath towels. We supply a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish soap & liquid, and bath bar soap. You are then responsible for said items during the remainder of your stay.
Indoor Heated Pool & Maintenance:
Enjoy your private indoor heated pool, maintained between 82°F and 84°F for a comfortable swimming experience throughout your stay. To keep the pool clean and operating properly, our maintenance team will require access to the cabin twice a week. Your presence is not necessary during these visits. If you are traveling with pets, we kindly ask that they be securely crated while our team is on the property.
Inclement Weather:
While this cabin is easily accessible and usually doesn't require 4WD, it's advisable to have 4WD in case of inclement weather.
HOUSE RULES & POLICIES
Booking Confirmation Procedure:
The person with the platform account is the “Booking Guest.”
• Booking Guest must be 25 or older and submit a government-issued ID to confirm age (please obscure your ID number).
• Booking Guest must sign and return the Cancellation Policy & Rental Agreement.
• Booking Guest must stay at the property for the entire reservation dates (booking for others is not allowed).
• No parties/fraternity groups allowed.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking. If payment does not go through within 72 hours, we will cancel the reservation. The name on the card used for payment must match the name of the guest on the reservation.
Check-Out Procedure:
To help us prepare the cabin for our next guests, we kindly ask that you complete the following before departure.
• Check out by 10:00 AM.
• Please place all used bed sheets on the floor next to each bed.
• Be sure to collect all personal belongings before leaving.
• If the fold-out sofa was used, please remove the sheets and return the sofa to its original folded position.
• Please dispose of all trash in the outdoor bear-proof bins. If the bins are full or you have excess trash, leave it inside the cabin near the front door, and our cleaning team will take care of it after your departure.
Quiet Hours:
We kindly request that all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, we ask for your cooperation in keeping noise levels to a minimum out of respect for other guests and neighbors. This home is equipped with a noise detector that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, and temperature) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.
No Smoking Indoors:
We have a strict no-smoking policy indoors. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas away from windows and doors. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly and avoid littering the property.
Pet Policy:
Please let us know if you plan on bringing a pet, as all of our properties are dog friendly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee, per pet. We do have a few requests, to ensure our properties remain pet friendly. Please do not allow any pets in the pool or pool area, on furniture, or on bedding. They will need to be crated if left alone at the cabin. Also, please make sure any pet waste is picked up, placed in a bag, and disposed of in the outdoor trash bins. We look forward to hosting you!
Hot Tub Maintenance:
We take hot tub hygiene seriously. After each guest's stay, our hot tubs undergo a thorough cleaning process, including draining, scrubbing, and a meticulous bromine wash. This ensures a clean and safe hot tub experience for every guest. Please keep in mind that after this thorough cleaning, the hot tub may initially be at a lower temperature upon your arrival, as it is refilled with cool water.
Power Outages:
Please be aware that power outages can occur in the Smoky Mountains due to various factors, including severe weather conditions, high winds, or other unforeseen events. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted power supply at our properties, occasional outages may happen, and we appreciate your understanding during such situations. Power is typically restored by the electric company within a few hours.
Additional Guest Violation:
As per regulations set by the County Fire Marshall, we adhere strictly to the maximum occupancy limit set for our property.
Unauthorized Pet Infraction:
Transparency is a cornerstone of our business. We also believe in providing fair compensation to our dedicated cleaning team. Any guest found to have brought in pets without prior authorization will face a minimum fine of $200 per pet.
