This gorgeous, brand-new, 2-bedroom mountain modern cabin rental is perfect for small families and groups of friends! Whether you're hanging out on the patio and grilling, relaxing in the hot tub, cozying up next to the indoor/outdoor fireplaces, or enjoying the cozy floor plan and detailed furnishings, the surrounding mountain views and woods offer the perfect backdrop to your relaxing mountain getaway! This single-floor cabin features a gorgeous flagstone patio with outdoor furniture, a stone gas fireplace (operable year round), a patio heater, 4 Smart TVs (streaming only), a Sonos audio system, a gas grill (uses propane tanks), a wet bar (sink, glasses, storage space), a hot tub, and beautiful year-round mountain views. The open living room has a wall of windows highlighting the mountain view, a gorgeous stone wood fireplace, a Smart TV (streaming only), and a Sonos Arc sound bar & speaker, making meal times and movie nights extra cozy. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, an ice maker, toaster, knife set, kettle, 12 cup coffee brew pot and Keurig combo, coffee grinder, casserole dishes, mixing utensils, grated, pizza cutters, veggie peeler, scoop, can opener, wine opener, bottle openers, pots and pans, tupperware, mixing bowls, strainer, mashed, measuring utensils, hand mixer, cutting boards, grill tools, crockpot, blender, dishes, wine glasses, silverware, and baking sheets. The first bedroom is a King Suite with a Smart TV (streaming only), closet, mountain views, and a private attached bathroom with a tile walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a King bed, closet, Smart TV (streaming only), and bathroom access (also accessible through the living room). This bathroom has a tile walk-in shower, washer, and dryer. The cabin is professionally cleaned and disinfected between every guest's stay. Due to past guests ignoring this rule, if pets are brought to the cabin without approval, there will be a $400 fine. We take this seriously to help our guests feel safe at all times. Roads to the cabin are fully paved so it can be easily reached with any type of car. Please note the driveway is gravel, flat, and can only fit 3 cars maximum.
