Please be aware that wildlife populations including black bears are high in the area (particularly March-October), and we kindly remind families to keep a close eye on children, avoid leaving food outside (including residue in the grill and fire), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors.

Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited. For this reason, the house speakers have been disabled and are not for guest use. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

The roads leading up to the cabin are all paved, however, they do have inclines and switchbacks. Trailers, boats, and RVs are not recommended in this area.

Ensuring your vehicle is equipped and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.

The minimum age to rent this property is 25 years old. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement, which will be emailed before your arrival.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.
