➤ Is the hot tub private?
Yes — it’s all yours and located on the back patio.
USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK
-All guests must shower before hot tub use each time.
-Cover must be securely closed and latched when not in use.
-If a drain and fill is required due to guest misuse of hot tub there will be a $300 charge. This would include but not limited to things like excessive water loss during use, broken glass inside hot tub etc.
-Please bring in any used towels and hang in the bathroom to dry
When checking out (or during last use) please ensure hot tub temp is turned down to 90 degrees. DO NOT TURN THE HOT TUB OFF

➤ Are pets allowed?
Yes — up to 2 dogs are welcome. We love pets and want your furry friends to enjoy their vacation, too! 🐾 Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend, and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee applies.
Without registration/payment your reservation can be impacted. Please be respectful and clean up after them both indoors and outdoors. There are dog-poo bags for your use. There is also a doggie dish should you forget yours!

➤ Is there lake access?
You’ll be close to Lake Winnipesaukee and public boat launches.
For paid transient slips, guests may contact Fay’s Marina directly; advance contact is recommended. Alternatively, Glendale Marina offers a convenient public boat launch with parking available while in use. Please note this is a launch-only facility, so boats must be launched and removed each time.

If you plan to use the marina, please let us know in advance so we can provide the necessary marina passes.
