We really enjoyed our stay in the working farm apt. The spa bathroom was spacious and beautiful, the kitchen cozy and the farm animals were so chill and sweet. The king size bed was comfortable. Communication w Patti was almost immediate. The farm workers were lovely to chat with. We appreciated they allowed our 80 lb dog. She's not allowed on furniture so a good traveler.I would like to suggest a sponge, drying rack and towels in the kitchen. We did have to clean a few things before using likely because previous occupants didn't have these expected items to do the cleaning. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend the location to others. Laconia, Alton and Wolfeboro close by and had what we were looking for in a relaxed vacation.

My partner and I stayed in the farmhouse for a weekend getaway and couldn't have been more pleased with this space. The home felt luxurious with rustic charm - a soaking tub overlooking the front field with the mini cows, the coziest bed either of us have ever experienced at an airbnb or hotel, a wood stove in the living room with streaming services ready to go, and so many more details that left us both feeling pampered yet independent with every personal touch Patricia left for us. She was a wonderfully kind and generous host, always responsive to messages, and we would love to return in warmer weather to explore more of the farm and ride some horses!
