KITCHEN & DINING - Channel your inner chef in an airy kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. A side-by-side refrigerator and gas range make meal preparation a breeze. When its time to eat, share special meals around an elegant dining table for six.
BEDROOMS & BATHS - This two-story home sleeps up to seven guests in three bedrooms. The master bedroom awaits on the second floor, furnished with a king-size bed, twin-size sleeper sofa, and a 42 inch TV. The en-suite master bathroom, which is also accessible via the hallway, features a spacious vanity and a tub/shower combination.The guest bedroom on the first floor features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. This bathroom is also accessible from the hallway. The third bedroom is located upstairs and offers another king-size bed.
OUTDOOR AREAS - Your secluded backyard oasis beckons with beautiful landscaping, a pool, and a luxurious hot tub (heated free of charge). Gather around the gas fire pit to sip a glass of local wine. Bocce ball and basketball courts promise hours of family fun. The basketball court can also be converted to a volleyball court. The chefs in your group will love grilling poolside at the outdoor kitchen. Head to the covered patio for a lovely alfresco meal. The front porch offers more space to enjoy the fresh air.

CANCELATION POLICY - Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

If you’d like the pool heated, please inquire as the cost changes throughout the year. The fee to heat the pool is strictly to cover the propane costs associated. Parking is readily available for three cars within the private driveway, providing convenient access for your family's adventures. Please remember, this home is a sanctuary for relaxation and enjoyment. We kindly request that you maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM, allowing for peaceful slumber.
