The home has two indoor living spaces – both featuring gas fireplaces for cozy evenings and air conditioning for hot summer days. The main living room offers comfortable seating for 6 around a gas fireplace, with plenty of light from the windows or French doors out to the back garden. It also has a dedicated work area with a large monitor and keyboard. The family room can also seat 6 guests and has a gas fireplace/air conditioning, and includes another work desk, a 55” TV, a large Bluetooth speaker, and a second kitchen area.

Have your breakfast or coffee in the front yard with vineyard views, or enjoy a lunch BBQ in the back. On warmer days, you can sunbathe or swim in the pool, or just take a nap on the hammock. Sit around the fire-table and night with your glass of wine and create new memories! The hot tub, is a welcome night-cap with uninterrupted views of the starry night sky.
