Pool & Spa Heating Policy: Pool heat is optional and available for an additional $120 per night or $700 per week (minimum 3-night charge). Given the size of the pool (20,000+ gallons) and the cost of propane, this fee ensures efficient heating. If you prefer to heat only the spa, a separate $50 per night fee applies. Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in. To guarantee heating upon arrival, payment and requests must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to check-in.
