On the primary floor’s living area, you can take in the magnificent mountain and lake views from the south facing windows, enjoy relaxation on the cozy furnishings, the gas fireplace, flat screen TV and easy access to the large deck which is an ideal spot to enjoy outdoor dining in the warmer months.
The open floor plan encompasses the dining area with seating for up to six with additional spots at the breakfast bar. In the gourmet kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops and is fully equipped with all you need for making great meals during your stay.
A full bathroom with shower enclosure is convenient for all members staying and is adjacent to the second bedroom with a queen-sized bedroom. Across the hallway, the primary suite offers a king-sized bed, flat screen TV, en-suite spa inspired bathroom and wonderful views to fall asleep to and access the private deck.
The lower level of the home has a half bathroom and secondary living room with comfortable furnishings, a custom wet-bar area to grab quick refreshments while watching the flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a twin bunk bed and single twin - great spot to the younger ones to enjoy a spot all their own and flat screen TV. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV and access to the lower level patio. Both the third and fourth bedrooms have access to the hallway bathroom. A fifth bedroom has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom that serves as a secondary primary suite.
Our home is within 6 miles of downtown Grand Lake and western entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Enjoy year round outdoor activities that include boating, fishing, paddle boarding, hiking, horseback riding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing and cross country skiing.
Additional amenities include a 2 car garage parking, laundry room, in-floor radiant heating, private deck with lake views, free Wi-Fi and please be advised that air conditioning is not available.
Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided.
Parking: There is a 2 car garage and outdoor parking spots in front of the garage for 2 additional vehicles. Please no parking on the street.
House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. Quiet hours are from 10:00PM - 7:00 AM.
