NEARBY BEACH ACCESS -Ray's Multi-Mountain Beach Access- Access is steps from the home! -Grayton Dunes- Access is ADA accessible, has freshwater showers, and parking on the street. Located at the end of Garfield Street behind the Red Bar in the heart of Grayton Beach. The boardwalk also extends to the end of Banfill Street one block to the east. The access is next to Western Lake outfall and Grayton Beach State Park. The freshwater lake opens periodically and exchanges water with the gulf. Several fishing charters launch off the beach for half-day and full-day trips. -Grayton Beach State Park- This is one of the most popular state parks in Florida, with massive dunes, winding trails, abundant wildlife, and shimmering 100-acre Western Lake, one of many coastal dune lakes gracing Scenic Highway 30A along Scenic 30A in South Walton (SoWal). GRAYTON BEACH COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS: Bustling with local culture, Grayton Beach is home to art galleries, unique shops, live music and more. The famous Red Bar serves great food, craft cocktails, wine, and beer with live bands every night. Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 50 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is just over a 1 hour drive. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises. *No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited. *No parties or events. *Complimentary bikes (2) provided. Waiver must be completed for bike lock code. *During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi. *This home must remain pet free! *There are no refunds for weather related events. We advise trip insurance during hurricane season (May-November) IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
