The Space:
Inside, you will be greeted by an updated, open – concept interior that will be perfect for entertaining family and friends. The right side of the home features a dining room table that seats 10, a bar that seats 4, and a large kitchen stocked with all of the cookware & utensils that you will need to cook a gourmet meal. The other side of the main common area has a living room with a large sectional, TV, and fireplace. Head downstairs, and you will find the perfect hangout space. With a pool table and easy access to the outside, this will sure be a well-used area during your stay! Step outside, and you will be met with gorgeous views of Greers Ferry Lake. The back deck has plenty of space for entertaining with an outdoor table, chairs, and grill. If you head down the outside stairs, you will be greeted with an expansive backyard + fire pit. When you are not spending your time in the gorgeous back yard or swimming at the lake, connect to the free WiFi, cable TV, or curl up and read a book in the comfortable sectional. Come nighttime, 4 bedrooms will comfortably accommodate 14 guests. Adults will especially love the master bedroom offering views of Greers Ferry Lake, and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower and elegant double sink vanity.
The Location:
Located in the heart of Heber Springs, this home is just a short drive to Dam Site Marina & Rec where swimming areas + boat rentals are located. It is also just a 5 minute drive to Downtown Heber Springs where you will find restaurants, antique shops, boutiques, and a movie theater. There are also two award winning national trails located nearby that are perfect if you are looking for to get outside and explore nature. Heber Springs is also home to the Little Red River. The Little Red River extends 32 miles, and it’s icy cold water makes it a world – class trout stream and haven for fishing enthusiasts.
