We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am. PARKING Our driveway can comfortably fit up to 4 cars. Boat parking on street or driveway. CONCIERGE SERVICES To make your stay even better, we provide concierge services including the following for a fee. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $100 per night. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so. QUIET HOURS Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors. SMOKING To keep The Clubhouse fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space. EXTERIOR CAMERAS- For your security and ours, the property has 5 outdoor cameras. These are located on the driveway, entry way, doorbell, front west side facing the street, and rear west corner facing backyard and golfcourse. Absolutely no firearems or weapons allowed inside the property.
