THE CASITA & VIEW DECK

Perched above the garage, the included casita offers a private retreat with its own living area, kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom. Walls of windows frame the scenery, while sliding glass doors open onto one of Vista Lago’s most memorable spaces: the elevated view deck.

Take a seat at the porcelain countertops and enjoy sweeping views of Lake Havasu, the surrounding mountains, and the desert horizon. Guests and visitors often tell us these are the best views in Havasu—and sunset makes it easy to understand why.

Begin your morning with coffee overlooking the lake, or linger over an evening drink as the desert sky changes color.

YOUR PRIVATE POOLSIDE RETREAT

Stretch out on a chaise lounge beneath a striped umbrella, cool off on the pool’s tanning shelf, or settle onto an underwater bar stool.

Between swims, enjoy cornhole on the turf or prepare lunch at the six-burner BBQ island. A shaded patio with dining for 12 makes gathering over a meal feel effortless.

After sunset, illuminated landscaping and pool lighting create a warm evening atmosphere. Settle onto the spacious outdoor sectional beside the fire pit, then finish the day with a soak in the oversized spa.

EFFORTLESS INDOOR-OUTDOOR LIVING

A 16-foot disappearing glass door opens the great room to the patio, bringing the living spaces together.

An oversized sectional, ivory bouclé swivel chairs, and an electric fireplace provide a comfortable setting for conversation, movie nights, or watching the game. Natural textures and furnishings from Pottery Barn and Studio McGee give the home a relaxed, polished feel.

Board games are ready for an easy evening in.

A KITCHEN MADE FOR GATHERING

An expansive island seats 10, keeping conversation flowing from morning coffee through dinner preparation.

The well-stocked kitchen features generous counter space, a double wall oven, and stainless steel appliances. Coffee and K-Cup pods are provided to help you ease into the day.

Four bedrooms are located in the main home, with a fifth in the private casita. Comfortable beds, layered textures, and dimmable lighting create restful spaces throughout.

FOUR THOUGHTFULLY APPOINTED BATHROOMS

Spacious showers, distinctive tile, and matte black and brass accents carry the home’s design into the bathrooms.

The primary and secondary suites each have an en suite bathroom. A hallway bathroom includes a soaking tub, and the casita has its own bathroom.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, and lotion are provided.

A car is recommended to make the most of your Lake Havasu stay. Local marinas, boat launches, downtown restaurants, shopping, and the London Bridge area are accessible by car.

Uber, Lyft, and local transportation services may offer additional options. Availability and wait times can vary, so check ahead and arrange important rides in advance.

Guests can also explore nearby streets by bicycle. Plan your route with traffic, hills, and desert temperatures in mind. Bring water and use lights when riding after dark.

On-site parking includes space for boats and RVs. Please confirm your vehicle and trailer dimensions with us before arrival so we can help you plan your parking.

WELCOME GUIDEBOOK
You will receive a digital welcome guidebook once you book that contains all the house information you will need. We also include recommendations for food, drinks and activities.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in is after 4:00 pm and check-out is by 11:00 am.

PARKING
Our driveway can comfortably fit up to six cars. On the left side of the house, you’ll find gravel parking for RVs (with full hookups) and multiple boats. All vehicles must park on our premises.

SWIMMING POOL
Children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times. And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $150 per night(Oct-April). Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.

HOT TUB
As our hot tub doesn’t have an on-site control panel, please let us know in advance of your stay which days and times you’d like to heat it. And if you’d like to make adjustments while at the house, just let us know.

QUIET HOURS
Thank you for observing quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. This ensures the peace of the neighborhood and our standing as courteous neighbors.

OUTDOOR CAMERAS- Cameras are located on the north side of the house at pool equipment, doorbell, driveway, and at south end of the backyard for your protection and security of the home.

SMOKING
To keep Vista Lago fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house. If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.

Absolutely No Firearms or Weapons allowed inside the property.
