The ground-level access to the garage for convenience. 💎 Second Floor – Kitchen & Living This level opens into a bright, elegant living space with soaring 11-ft ceilings and a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The living room includes two designer sofas, accent chairs, a 75” Smart TV, and a cozy fireplace. The chef’s kitchen offers high-end stainless steel appliances, a Monogram stove, French-door fridge, and a Nespresso Vertuo. The hold on your deposit will not take place until 2 days before arrival and will be released 2 days after departure provided that there's no damage to the property.
