ABOUT OUR HEATED POOL
Enjoy our private heated pool year-round! During the summer months, the Texas heat often keeps the pool naturally warm, so additional heating may not always be necessary.
Please note the heated pool does not reach hot tub temperatures.
During colder months, outdoor temperatures may affect heating time and the final pool temperature.
Our pool service team visits every Thursday or Friday for routine maintenance to help keep the pool clean and ready for your stay.
Summer Pool Heat Rate (May–September):

• $50 per night
To ensure the pool is warm and ready for your stay, we kindly ask that pool heat requests be submitted at least 48 hours prior to arrival.

For cancellations, please note that we do charge a payment processing fee on top of our cancellation policy.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside our property. You can smoke outside the property but we will just ask to make sure the smoke doesn't go inside and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation of our non-smoking policy will result in a minimum fee of $500.
We also charge $150 for an unapproved late checkout.
NO PETS allowed in this property
No events, parties, or additional guests than the number on your reservation without permission. We do allow certain event for an additional event fee, please inquire
Quiet hours start at 10 PM. We know it's gorgeous out there, but our #1 priority is keeping the neighbors happy and this being a successful vacation rental for the long-term—and the only way that works is if this rule is followed.
Note: There is a $500 fine for any noise violations / unapproved events.
