While a car is required to get around, a four wheel drive car is not, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain.

– Pool Heat:
May–Sept: Complimentary
October and April: $200 per night
November, December, March: $300 per night
January and February: $300 per night
Hot tub always heats free.

– Pets: Dogs welcome ($100 fee, max 2). No other animals.
– Professional Cleaning: Every Homestead Modern home is professionally cleaned between stays by experienced independent cleaning teams. After cleaning, each home is inspected by a member of our own local staff before the next guest arrives, providing an additional level of quality control and helping ensure the home is clean, prepared, and guest-ready.
– Events/Photoshoots: Not permitted without written approval.
– Cell Service: May vary — enable Wi-Fi calling or VOIP.
– Safety: No glass near pool, no diving or rough play; swim at your own risk.
