Please be aware that alligators are common on Hilton Head Island and may be found in lagoons and waterways. While they are not typically aggressive, they can be dangerous if approached. We kindly ask guests to keep a close eye on children and pets, maintain a safe distance, and never feed alligators, as feeding wildlife is illegal and dangerous.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

The community pool is open from April through September and is not heated. Please note that it is a shared amenity, so other guests and residents may also use the pool at this time.

Please note that this home follows a unique cancellation policy. All reservations cancelled at least thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a full refund. After that point, no refunds are available. Please review your confirmation details carefully before booking.
