Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

The pool and spa are serviced twice a week during high season and once a week during the off season. Service days in high season are typically Tuesday or Wednesday and Saturday. Pool maintenance is brief and limited to the outdoor area, so your stay will not be disturbed.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

Sea Turtle Season (May 1 – October 31)
During sea turtle nesting season, please help protect local wildlife by keeping the beach clear each evening. Fill in any holes, smooth out sandcastles, and remove all umbrellas, chairs, and beach accessories before leaving the beach. All trash and recyclables must be properly discarded.

Lights Out Policy
To protect nesting sea turtles, all exterior lights must be turned off by 10 PM. If interior lights are visible from the beach, please close all blinds and drapes or turn off the lights by that time.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

The pool can be heated for an additional $500 per week. Heating is unavailable from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

If you’d like to arrange pool or spa heating, please contact Wander Concierge at least 72 hours before your arrival. Last-minute requests are subject to availability and may include an additional fee.

Additional Amenities
The following items are not included in the reservation:

• Beach towels, beach chairs, pool toys, and beach wagons

• Children’s items such as cribs and high chairs

These items can be rented for an additional charge. Please contact Wander Concierge if you’d like any of these during your stay.

Arrival and Departure
Check-in is at 5:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-ins and late check-outs are not permitted unless arranged and paid for in advance. Guests must depart promptly by 10:00 AM, as a $500 per hour fee will apply for late departures.

Cleaning Fee
A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged if excessive cleaning is required after checkout.

Guest Age Requirement
All guests must be 25 years or older, unless accompanied by a legal guardian.

Pickleball Court Access & Southern Hospitality Pass
Guests have access to Dill Dinkers, an indoor pickleball facility on Hilton Head. You can play there throughout your stay with the same access and privileges as facility members.

Additionally, guests may receive one complimentary bike rental, round of golf, and mini golf game each day. To reserve, complete this link or call (850) 460-2118. Activities should be booked in advance.

Note: A $25 delivery fee applies for one bike; additional bikes are delivered free and available at a discount.
