Many homes in this climate are built without air conditioning, including this property. If needed, we can provide ceiling and portable fans to help you stay cool and comfortable.
Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.
If you are planning a stay with us during snowy or rainy weather, we strongly recommend arriving in a four-wheel-drive vehicle, as roads leading to the property may be steep and slippery during this time. Ensuring your vehicle is equipped to handle winter conditions and driving carefully will help make your arrival as smooth and safe as possible.
Four-wheel drive or two-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
