Wander Hunter Mountain

The mountains is home to a variety of amazing wildlife. It is incredible for those who love to nature-watch from afar, but may not be for everyone. Use caution and do not touch wildlife. Avoid leaving food outside (including residue in grills or fires), secure all garbage, and keep doors and windows closed.

Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

An additional fee of $50 per adult per night will apply for any stays exceeding six adults. Please ensure that your booking accurately reflects the total number of guests in your party.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort.

Hosting parties and events is allowed with approval in this Wander. Please reach out to Concierge with your request.

Storage Limited

Please note that there are no closets and dressers in the bedrooms of this home. We recommend packing accordingly, especially for longer stays. A garment bag or travel organizer may come in handy.
