The patio is extensive and impressive, featuring 14 luxury lounge chairs, an outdoor living space with fireplace and outdoor HDTV, as well as several intimate sitting areas spaced along the patio. Indoors: This spectacular 26,000 square foot estate is grand and spacious in every direction. The stunning grand foyer will greet you upon entry with marbled tile flooring, and skylights covering the dramatic ceiling. The sunken formal living room features dark hardwood floors, and wood beamed ceilings. The formal living room also features a large sectional sofa, fireplace, and sunken bar with seating. Take in the gorgeous views of the private and spacious yard from the sliding glass doors.

The gourmet kitchen has everything you will need to create multiple meals for a large group, or to hire a personal chef to create memorable meals for you and your guests. This spacious kitchen offers everything you will need to prepare your meals including granite countertops, 4 separate kitchen islands, 4 refrigerators, 2 cooktops, 4 ovens, and 2 dishwashers. The informal dining space has seating for 8, with 3 additional bar stools at one of the kitchen islands.

Just off the kitchen is an informal sitting area which features a wall of 5 HDTV's, and a large double sided sectional sofa that will provide everyone a place to watch the big game, or socialize.

The formal dining room features a crystal chandelier, and seating for 10. The butlers pantry is located just off the formal dining room.

Bedrooms: The bedroom suites are broken up into two separate wings of the house, as well as detached guest casitas in the back of the property.

West Wing Suites: The west wing features 8 separate suites. One guest suite features a king sized bed and private en-suite bathroom. For the remaining 7 guest suites, every two guest suites are separated by a private living room, each with a private sitting area, and bar providing your guests with a sense of privacy and luxurious comfort. Each individual guest suite also features a King bed and private en-suite bathroom. One bedroom in the West Wing features 2 Queen beds.

East Wing Suites: The east wing features 5 separate suites. The master suite is located in the east wing and features a king sized bed located on a tiered platform, wood beamed ceilings, a sitting area, and non-operational fireplace. The master suite bathroom is your private spa getaway, two sinks, marbled countertops, a large soaking tub, tiled shower, and a cedar lined walk-in closet. Just off the master suite is a private massage room with two massage tables. Your in-house massage is just a concierge call away! 4 additional guest suites are also located in the East Wing, which all feature a King bed and private en-suite bathroom.

Detached Casitas: Two detached casitas are located in the back of the property and are separated from the main house with amenities such as the tennis court and pool area in-between. The guest casitas each feature 2 King beds, en-suite bathrooms off the main bedroom, kitchenette, bar and private living room. There is a private patio located outside of the guest suites for those looking for separation and space.
