Designed for gatherings, this 7-bedroom villa sleeps up to 18 guests and can be combined with the Platinum property next door to sleep up to 36 guests total.

Expansive glass pocket doors open to reveal a private pickleball court, sparkling pool and spa, custom firepit lounge, basketball hoop, putting green, outdoor movie theater, and open-air bar for golden-hour cocktails under the desert sky.

** Pool heating requires 24hr notice prior to check in & cannot heat for a portion of your stay, we require all nights **

** Included: Spa is heated from 6pm to 2am at 102 degrees **

*** Pool and Spa cannot be heated at the same time. If you pay for pool heating, we will ensure the pool is heated during the day and then the spa kicks on from 6pm to 2am. If you want to change the schedule, just let us know. But both cannot be heated at the same time ***

This property is part of the development; Elemento 49, a gated community of 9 units that are all Short Term Rentals. If you have a larger group, we have 2 A models (Gold & Platinum) that can hold up to 18 guests each. Or you can rent multiple units to accommodate larger groups.

PETS (If Applicable):
Pets are welcome as long as the applicable pet fees have been paid. The fee is $150 per pet, 2 pet maximum. Unauthorized occupancy of pets will result in immediate eviction and loss of all rents and deposits. If discovery of unauthorized pets is made after your departure, a penalty of $100/day plus any additional cleaning charges will be assessed. If you are given permission to bring a pet the following rules must be followed:

-No pets on any furniture, bedding, or in the house pack-n-play baby crib.
-Please do your best to remove all pet hair to avoid additional cleaning charges.
-All waste must be picked up and placed in the garbage cans tied securely in trash bags. (Please remember we don't have garbage service and housekeepers have to remove your trash with their vehicles!)
-No pets in the pools, hot tub, or bathtubs.
-Pets should not be left unattended in the Rental Property or in the backyard unless crated. Do NOT leave pets outside unattended, as we have vendors (landscapers, pool maintenance, etc.) who enter through the back gate. These vendors are not liable for lost pets who escape during their services due to a lack of pet owner supervision. Also, many of our Rental Properties are adjacent to wildlife areas where coyotes and bobcats are known to frequent the area.
