Just 10 minutes from La Quinta Old Town, this 10-acre equestrian compound is nothing short of immaculate The property comprises three homes, including the main house with 4 ensuite bedrooms and lofty living spaces. You’ll find an eclectic interior design that blends modern, oriental, and Mediterranean styles. Open-air rooms take you from your bed to the saltwater pool and provide incredible indoor/outdoor living. All elements of the property are impressive, particularly the 5-hole pitch and putt golf course, and private lake with a dock for kayaking and paddle boating. Located 100 miles east of Los Angeles, Coachella Valley is an oasis in the desert of Southern California. Surrounded by picturesque mountains, an abundance of golf courses, shopping, dining, and year-round sunshine, it’s the perfect retreat for visitors looking to enjoy the outdoors and the arts. Home to the country’s most famous music festival, visitors across the globe flock to experience The Coachella Music & Arts Festival, hosted annually in April. Home Truths: - Please note that we require a security deposit of $3000, which will be collected after the booking has been made. For larger events, an additional security deposit will be required. - The landscaper/gardener resides onsite and works Monday through Friday, beginning in the morning. - Wi‑Fi is accessible in all the homes but signal may be limited in some outdoor areas across the 10-acre property. - Swimming is not permitted in the lake. - Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay. - Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30). - The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 83°. - If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without our approval there is a fine of $1000 per pet. - There are multiple stairs in the Carriage House Casita. - Each guest house features a living room with a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space. Additionally, there are four single rollaway beds available for $250 per bed. If you’d like any of the rollaway beds set up, please let us know in advance so our housekeeping team can have them ready for your stay. - The total maximum occupancy is 20, not including rollaway beds. - Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home. [DISCLAIMERS] - No smoking in or outside of this home. Subject to a $300 fine. - Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation. - IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking - We have the right to report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $3000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.
