Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM. We kindly ask that you refrain from hosting parties or creating excessive noise during your stay, as we strive to maintain a peaceful environment for both our guests and neighbors. Amplified outdoor sounds are strictly prohibited.

Please note that noise must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Violations of the noise ordinance may result in a $500 fine, followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Refunds are not provided in relation to noise ordinance violations.

This home contains features that may be difficult for mobility-challenged guests, including climbing stairs to navigate the property.

The minimum age to book this home is 21.

This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay and additional fees.

This is a pet-free hypoallergenic space. No pets are allowed inside the home to maintain a hypoallergenic area as much as possible for our guests’ comfort. Bringing in undisclosed pets into the home without consent will incur a fine of $1000 per pet.

The pool is available year-round, but heating is only available from October to May. There is a fee for pool heating at this home. Please contact the Concierge team at least 72 hours before your arrival if you would like the pool heated during your stay.

Parties, Events & Commercial Use

Hosting parties, events, and using the property for commercial filming and photography is strictly not allowed. If you would like to use the property for commercial shoots, please get prior permission by reaching out to Concierge with your request.

Safety

No weapons, violent behavior, fireworks, flammable substances, hazardous materials, or illegal substances permitted in or around the property. Any violations of safety rules will result in a $500 fine and immediate eviction without refund.

Late Checkout

Late checkouts will incur a fee of $50 fine for every 30-minute violation.

Property Inspections

Upon any violation of policies or neighbor complaints, the host may inspect the property during your stay.

Security Deposit

The primary booking guest must furnish a credit card for incidental damages and a security deposit of $2,000. If all terms and conditions of the agreement are fulfilled, the deposit will be returned in full within 21 business days after departure.
